Ticket & refund policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This policy sets out when you can and cannot get a refund, and the conditions attached to your ticket. It sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Where tickets are sold
We use different ticketing platforms depending on the event. The platform for each event is named on that event's page, and the Buy Tickets button links directly to it — tickets for Vinod Rathod Live in Concert, for example, are sold through EventBaba.
Only buy through the link on the event page. Tickets bought anywhere else — including from resellers or through social media — are not guaranteed and may be refused at the door.
Change of mind
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable for change of mind. This is permitted under the Australian Consumer Law, which does not require a refund where you simply change your mind, find the event cheaper elsewhere or can no longer attend.
If we cancel
If we cancel an event, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Booking fees charged by the ticketing platform [are / are not] refundable — confirm this with each platform you use and state it clearly here.
Refunds are processed back to the card used for the purchase, usually within 10 business days.
If we reschedule or significantly change an event
If we move an event to a new date or venue, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, you may request a refund within [14] days of the change being announced.
A change of supporting act, running order or minor timing is not a significant change and does not entitle you to a refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an event is not delivered with due care and skill, or is materially different from what was advertised, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Lost tickets and transfers
E-tickets can be re-sent from your account with the ticketing platform you bought from. Tickets may be transferred to another person at face value; the QR code, not the name, is what is scanned at the door.
Children, concessions and accessibility seating
Age and concession conditions are stated on each event page. Accessible seating should be arranged with us before purchase so we can allocate a suitable position.
Latecomers and re-entry
Latecomers are seated at a suitable break in the performance. Re-entry after leaving the venue is at the discretion of event staff.
